Moon Community Access Television (MCA-TV)
MCA-TV, Moon Community Access Television, is a community-based network of public access, educational, and governmental programming owned and operated by the Township of Moon. The station is funded mainly by the franchise fee paid to Moon Township by the local television providers, Comcast and Verizon. It is shown locally on Comcast channel 14 and Verizon FiOs channel 35 reaching more than 40,000 households. MCA-TV’s employees and volunteers work to provide high-quality, non-commercial television programming.
MCA-TV is a public access station designed to let residents communicate via television. Moon Township residents have the right to produce programs to air on MCA-TV. Find out more about MCA-TV and watch programs online at www.mca-tv.com.
Moon Area Government Television
MAG-TV, Moon Area Government Television, is the sister station to MCA-TV; also owned and operated by the Township of Moon. MAG-TV airs government education programs including public meeting coverage of the Moon Township Board of Supervisors, Moon Area Board of Education, and Moon Township’s neighboring municipalities. Tune into MAG-TV on Comcast channel 18 and Verizon FiOs channel 37.
