Basic Responsibilities
The UCC Appeal Board is required by the 2004 adoption of the Statewide Uniform Construction Code (UCC) Act. A prospective members must be qualified and trained to pass on matters pertaining to building construction or be licensed as an inspector, plan reviewer or in similar trade. The UCC Board of Appeals meets when there is a request from an applicant.
