Public Notice

At its regular meeting to be held on Wednesday, February 5, 2025, at 6:00 PM in the Moon Township Municipal Building, 1000 Beaver Grade Road, Moon Township, PA 15108, the Moon Township Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on the revised conditional use application filed by Village at Marketplace, LLC requesting revised Tentative Planned Non-Residential Development approval under Section 802, Chapter 27 of the Moon Township Code of Ordinances, Zoning, as amended, (the “Zoning Ordinance”) to allow for a reduction in lot size in phases 2 and 3 and to increase the gross acreage of the development from 145 acres to 185.6 acres on property located off of Hookstown Grade Road and located in the Marketplace Boulevard TND District, currently designated as Allegheny County Block/Lot Nos. 499-G-22, 499-D-201, and 499-D-210. A copy of the application and related materials is on file and may be examined at the Moon Township Municipal Building, address listed above, during the hours of: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday; 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM Wednesday; and 8:00 AM to Noon on Friday. The public is invited to attend this hearing and offer comments. A decision on the application may be rendered at the conclusion of the public hearing. Notice to be Advertised/Proof of Publication: January 22, 2025, and January 29, 2025.
